11 Sep 2007 : An oratorical competition and Seminar for College Students was organized at Bharathiyar Illam to commemorate Bharathiyar's Death Anniversary. In the evening a lecture was organized at the same venue in which Mr. P Manikandan, Mr. Venkatji, Mr. L Ganesan spoke on “Yedutha Kariyam Yavinum Vetri”.


10 Sep 2006 : An oratorical competition and Seminar for College Students was organized at Bharathiyar Illam to commemorate Bharathiyar's Death Anniversary. Mr. S Amuthan @ Aravumuthan & Mr. P Justin Antony Prof of Loyala College were taken the pain of judging 50 students who were participated in oratorical competition. In the evening a lecture was organized at the same venue in which Mr. P Manikandan, Mrs. Bharathi Thirumagan spoke on the greatness of the National Poet. Mr. Snehan submitted poetry on “Enniya Mudithal Vendum”.

In the evening, a lecture was organized at the same venue in which Mr. Kumari Anandan, Mr.L.Ganesan, Prof V.V.Subramaniyam, and Mr. Manikandan spoke on the greatness of the National Poet.
