16 Dec 06 : Organized special story telling programme for D3 Police Boys Club students, Radio fame Mr. Koothapiran's “Kathakelu Kathakelu”. In this programme Miss Saranya who represented India in Japan for Red Cross Society of India was honored.


15 Aug-06 : The launch of our website ( www.syma.in ). Our web was inaugurated by Mrs. Bharathi Basker in presence of Sri. S Sundaresan , General Manager, United India Insurance Company Limited. Our sincere thanks to Mr. R Kannan & Mr. T A Sathyanarayanan well wisher's of the association who played pivotal role in designing.

Jan 2006 : SYMA website (symaram.white.prohosting.com) was launched through the efforts of Mr. T.R.Krishnakumar and Mr. T.R.Balaji.

26 Nov 2005 : A special supplement on the activities of SYMA was released by Cine Actor Surya (Gajini Fame) in the  presence  of   Mr. M.Murali (Krishna Sweets) and Mr. S.A.M.Hussain (Triplicane MLA).

26 Dec 2004 : A street campaign was organized to collect old clothes from the residents of Triplicane. A truck full load of clothes was collected and handed over to the Rajasthan Cosmo Club. The very same day, our volunteers were involved in relief work for the Tsunami Victims of Chennai.
